Non-House Stock Policy

Need something outside our standard inventory? We can source it—just keep these details in mind:

• Turnaround Time: Sourcing non-house stock paper may add an extra day to your project timeline.
• Pricing: You’ll be charged for the full quantity of any special-order paper, even if only partially used.
• Returns: Any unused paper will be returned to you.

Example: If a ream contains 500 sheets and your project uses 400 sheets of a non-house stock paper, you’ll be charged for all 500 sheets. The remaining 100 sheets will be returned to you.
