Symposium Posters

You can order posters from your symposium from our Storefront:

Make sure to fill in the ‘Final Width and Height’ you need.

Always best practice to upload a PDF and make sure your file set to the size you need it. We can blow up files but that leads to pixilation.

Posters, retractable banners, sandwich board signs, wall clings, and floor graphics – Creative Communications offers high quality and fast turnaround times for all large format products. You can submit your order our service request form or via the University of Washington Storefront or the UW Medicine Storefront. (for the University of Washington or UW Medicine Storefront click the icon that says “Upload your custom files here to print” and you will find the ‘Wide Format’ product within. Be sure to select the size you want!)

Wide Format products do not have hard proofs produced unless upon request. If requesting a hard proof, we will send a reduced size sample. There will be an additional charge for proofs. This will also add an additional day or two to your order.

We can print posters up to 60” wide and as long as you want. With mounting and laminating options and proofing and delivery service, we make getting your poster printed easy.

Wide Format Pricing starts at $12.00 per linear foot, the cost of the paper is then applied. Please contact your account manager or posters@uw.edu for a quote!

Paper Posters: Choose from satin, gloss, semi-gloss, or matte paper

Vinyl Posters: Choose from scrim banner, display film, floor graphic, wall graphic, travel fabric or adhesive vinyls
